Requirements and Skills:
Educational Qualifications: MBA/ BCOM
Finance
-
Minimum 3-5 years experience is required
-
Proficiency in Quick Book (software)
-
Responsible for day to day financial transactions record keeping
-
Responsible for collecting and checking all financial vouchers and supporting documents
-
Responsible for maintaining and proper filing of Lahore office financial vouchers
-
Ensure that all bank and cash transactions are made after review and approval of Finance Manager/ senior management.
-
Responsible for preparation of complete payment vouchers and cash verification forms
-
Helping HR in preparation of monthly payroll
-
Responsible for banking and keeping petty cash and preparing bank and cash reconciliation
-
Assists Finance Manager in head office for preparation of monthly financial and donor report
-
Able to travel out of city where needed
-
Other related tasks as needed.
Admin
-
Generate requisitions/meetings with vendors/ quotations where required.
-
Checks presence ,absence and leaves status.

Maintain time sheets of employees.

Requirements and Skills:
Educational Requirement: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Anthropology/Sociology/ Development Studies or related social sciences from a reputed and HEC recognized local or foreign institution.
Skills
-
Excellent command over prevalent child rights issues both in a national and provincial context
-
Knowledge of national and provincial child-related laws and international conventions/ treaties
-
Experience in networking and collaboration with civil society and government departments esp. in Punjab
-
Prior experience of work for national organizations.

Command over report writing/ excel and presentation skills
-
Ability to plan any intervention timely, work under tight deadlines and deliver impact-oriented work
-
Leadership qualities and the ability to steer team members
-
Grasp over program and support to admin and finance as deemed required
-
Able to travel out of the city

Driver/ Admin Assistant
Requirements and Skills:
At least four years of experience in driving and meanwhile experience of assistance in administration related matters will be taken into view.

Valid, driving license and significant level of driving experience.
-
Ability to work well in a team and effectively follow admin related instructions by the manager.
-
Able to travel outside the city.
-
Positive attitude to working in a progressive work standard.
-
Good knowledge of the local area.
-
Basic level understanding of Urdu and English
